Mr. Rico Fleshman is the Executive Director for Keep Prince William Beautiful Inc. (KPWB) and the chair of the Prince William County Green Business Council (PWCGBC). These entities work with members of the community to share education and awareness surrounding sustainability that requires environmental responsibility from all of us.
