Dr. Sabrina B. Ricks

Founder

Dr. Ricks is the primary consultant for SBR Workplace Leadership Services.  In 2005, she completed her undergraduate degree and entered the workforce full-time.  She had no idea that within a 10-year span, she would experience mistreatment, better coined as workplace bullying, at three separate organizations she worked for with no connection to one another.  Upon experiencing this phenomenon, she decided to complete a doctorate degree in organization and management with a leadership specialization in 2015.  After researching and completing a dissertation about witnessing workplace bullying, leadership, and organizational culture, she further decided to launch her own small business in which she serves as the president.  The organization is called SBR Workplace Leadership Services and services are offered in preventing workplace bullying and harassment while helping to build employees as strong managers and leaders.  Dr. Ricks also offers many empowerment presentations and hopes that her inspirational messages positively impact the lives of others.

Testimonial from Workplace Bullying Session

I found your presentation extremely interesting and was surprised by the fact that October happens to be National Bullying Prevention Awareness Month (did not know about it before your presentation)... The information and personal experiences you provided us with opened up my eyes on the topic and made me think about it in more depth.  I truly appreciate the time you spent on this presentation and actually the whole time you've dedicated your career to this issue.  You have done a fantastic job!  Truly appreciate all the effort you put in.
