Experiencing any loss creates stress and hardship, however a job loss can feel especially daunting for some. It does not have to be. It can actually be the beginning of pulling you out of a rut you had been too content to remove yourself from or a number of other self-defeating decisions. Consider this change a time for growth and development, a time to reconnect with self, and a time to re-energize.
