Were you born between 1995 and 2010? If so, you would fall between the ages of approximately 13 and 28 in 2023. If this is not you, do you have children in this age group? Do you work with individuals in this age group? In some capacity, you interact with individuals in this age group and guess what? They will dominate the workforce within the next decade. Currently, Millennials dominate the workforce, which are those born between 1981-1996. However, this group will make room for Generation Z over the next few years.
