When is the last time you had a vacation? Or even just took a few days off work? Americans have long been coined "workaholics" and said to not know when to turn things off and relax. Does this describe you? If so, you could quickly be leading yourself to exhaustion and burnout. We are only human. We are not meant to work 10-12 hour days 6-7 days a week. Your body will break you down. This is not what is going to produce your best quality work. You might get work done, but it would be filled with mistakes that would have to be readdressed later anyway (thus, wasted time). Instead, take the breaks we all need and work when you can give your to the call.
