Leadership Succession Planning

Who will manage, lead, and run your organization when you are no longer able to? Will your organization sustain or will it crash and burn? These are realistic questions as your future is not promised. Many organizational leaders are now understanding the importance of succession planning and leaving the legacy of their organizations in the hands of those they trust.

Also, have you considered what leaderships skills those who are shadowing you have? Would they benefit from management and/or leadership training such, Prince William County's Leadership Prince William Signature Program or the Emerging Leaders Program? There are class offerings available through public and private higher education institutions as well. There is no limit to the amount of education your leaders can receive to continue to grow and develop professionally.

Of course, SBR Workplace Leadership Services offers a plethora of classes, workshops, etc. to sharpen management and leadership skills.
