Are you a new leader? Did you recently start a business? Have you been in business a while but want to sharpen your leadership skills? Would you like to learn some of the advances leadership has made over recent years? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then the Emerging Leaders Program is right for you. This program is a component of Leadership Prince William and provides 8 weekly sessions (after work hours) to help you embrace and enhance your inner leader. The program objectives are as follows:
Increase communication skills
Enhance self-awareness and dealing with others
Develop leadership skills awareness
Develop and present an individual development plan and personal brand
This is an amazing program where you will be taught by leaders all across Prince William County. This session's cohort sponsor is your very own, SBR Workplace Leadership Services. Dr. Ricks is also one of the teachers during this series. The program is led by the highly skilled and talented program manager, Jesse Citizen.
