When is the last time you earned a degree, certificate, or any credential that signifies that you have learned something new? Has it been 2 years? 5 years? 10 years? Think about how much has changed in our world just over the last year or two. Now think about how that translates to the industry you work in and how it has advanced as well. Are you caught up with all the changes and advances? You want to continually get better each year that you age. As you reflect of the previous year, think about what you did to make self-improvement.
