PWL Article: Addressing Stress at Work

The past several months have introduced new levels of workplace stress with government intervention leading to layoffs and company closures. The initial workplace anxiety that exists from uncertainty has been exacerbated by current events. Individuals who felt their jobs were most secure and stable have experienced unprecedented concern and instability surrounding the workplace.
The most recent article by Dr. Ricks, published in Prince William Living magazine addresses how to handle and redirect the stress being experienced. Although, job security is desired by many and is nice to have, it does not have to be the end all, be all when there are changes. We can be flexible. We can adapt. We can persevere.
