Dr. Ricks will be the first presenter in the new series, Community Conversations, offered by Prince William County Community Foundation (PWCCF). The president and CEO of PWCCF is Dr. Vanessa Gattis. PWCCF is a nonprofit organization that focuses on the health and wellness of the community by offering food distribution via the Combatting Hunger on Wheels (C.H.O.W.) initiative, health and wellness expos, scholarships for high school seniors, and more!
Dr. Ricks will present on cyberbullying on Thurs. January 14th from 6:00pm - 7:00pm via Zoom: ID 970 1775 7898. Cyberbullying is an upgraded form of in-person bullying that greatly impacts kids and teenagers in school, but has begun to impact adults in the workplace as well. Come listen to Dr. Ricks explain more about this evolving phenomenon and engage in conversation with her about how to recognize, address, and handle cyberbullying. She will also answer questions.
