Jan. 30th - Human Trafficking Event

January is National Human Trafficking Awareness month. SBR's president, Dr. Ricks, is a huge advocate for educating the community. Human trafficking is a topic that has impacted many and is unfortunately, still impacting people around the world. Did you think human trafficking only affected those in other countries? This is far from true as it affects many Americans and may even have touched the life of someone in your very neighborhood.

Northern Virginia Community College is on board with spreading the word about this serious issue as the education and awareness of the topic may just save someone from being subjected to the heinous life of trafficking. The event will take place for community attendance:

Tues. January 30, 2024

2:30pm - 4:30pm

Northern Virginia Community College - Manassas

Howsman Hall - MH 216

10950 Campus Dr. Manassas, VA 20110

There will be refreshments available.

The speaker is the Principal of The Woolf Group, Mr. Bill Woolf. It is an honor to have Mr. Woolf share his expertise in this capacity. He has served as a special advisor to the White House for human trafficking, he has worked for the U. S. Department of Justice, and much more.

Come out and learn how to protect yourself and your loved ones from the dangers of human trafficking. For additional questions, concerns, or comments, contact:
