The Charlotte - Mecklenburg Second Annual Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Conference is underway in Charlotte, NC. Dr. Ricks has been asked to serve as a general session speaker and is leading breakout sessions during the event. There are representatives from law enforcement, fire, rescue, military, human resources, and more, from all over the United States. The event is SOLD OUT!
There have been special hosts, radio personalities, Derrick "Fly Ty" Jacobs and Jacinda Jacobs, as well as amazing speakers from all over.
