SBR Workplace Leadership Services is a huge advocate of corporate social responsibility and president, Dr. Ricks, is heavily involved with several non-profit organizations throughout the community. The goal is to help improve the lives of others and make our community a better place to work, live, and play. One of those organizations is Carried to Full Term.
Carried to Full Term is a nonprofit organization that focuses on providing housing for pregnant and homeless women. The annual gala was held in September 2022 and planning has begun for the next gala in 2023. During this year's gala, Dr. Ricks was announced as a Pathway Partner, Board of Director, and the incoming Chair for the Board of Directors. There was a silent auction, dinner, recognition, and more. The event raised funds to help support the efforts of the organization.
